Another one bites the dust.

While in the rest of the world you would get exited and rush to buy a ticket when a singer/group would come into town to perform, in China you start to get exited then within seconds you remember where you live and you start collecting, not money to go, but bets on how long it will take to have the concert canceled by the censorship authorities!!

Well less than 10 days before their concert in Beijing, Bon Jovi got the chop. The reason you may ask. Well apparently somebody at the censorship bureau might have had time and wanted a refresher on Bon Jovi’s songs so they watched old concerts. What did they see: OMG a photo of the DL… in the background… in a video of a Bon Jovi concert… in Taiwan… 5 years ago!!! That’s it let’s canceled everything no matter if they are already on their way here!!!

While I wasn’t particularly exited by BJ coming to BJ (!!) it’s still frustrating.

I’m still recovering from Maroon 5 concert being canceled in Beijing, but at first not Shanghai (I would have gladly traveled to see Adam!!). Eventually the plug got pulled on both concerts. Something to do about a tweet by one of the group member on you guess who!!!
