Happy Halloween.

Little J is celebrating with a party/sleepover at his friends (big “American” style compounds are more fun apparently!).

Little C celebrated yesterday with her friends at a big party in a big house in the outskirts of Beijing and had a 8-hour volleyball tournament all day and she wanted a quiet night at home.

So big J and big C (that’s us!) decided to ride our scooter and go see what was going on downtown. We had a list of bars we wanted to check and so did we, so did we ;-).

Last hike for Albanne.

11 years in China (we used to live in the same building back in 2006) and she finishes with a bang with one last hike before heading back home this weekend.

Thinking of of the ones who couldn’t be with us this time

But especially thinking of all the ones who left for others adventures but deep down miss their hikes on the Great Wall (your beautiful view of the ocean don’t foul us!!)
