When the weather is not cooperating but dang it’s “summer” so you are going to BBQ no matter what.

We however ate inside because 16C is really not summer temperature (we lost 10 degree during the night and 20 in a week!! 😱)

Waiting for friends for dinner.

I think we’ve had dinner with my childhood friend (& his family) every summer since we moved abroad in 1998.

That’s quite an accomplishement.

Some things never change when we are in our summer house.

Yearly barbecue with my oldest friend (since birth!) Francois and his wife Valerie.

Reconnecting with our friends we met all over the years around the world is amazing but not losing touch with too many along the way is even better.
