When you are not quite invited to the party and are seated on the sideline 😉
Eating at local places as much as we can before the hawker centers are just a memory of the past.

Because a third of our stay was under Covid-19, it’s a big part of our Singapore Story.
Nowhere in the world had a perfect plan and hindsight is always 20/20 but if we had to do it again knowing what we know now we would make the same choice.
Even with the restrictions (group size, social distancing, etc…) our daily life was as (the new) “normal” as possible. J. had barely any home based learning (apart from the 8-week lockdown at the very beginning) and I enjoyed all my activities with 1, 4 or 7 friends depending on the group size but I’m not a large group type of person in general so.
Not being able to leave Singapore without the fear of being strengthened outside was the big negative however and not something I wanted to risk.
~~~Just a little FYI So for my last 200 days in Singapore I have decided to reblog, in no special order, a post from the 6 years I will have spent on the Little Red Dot. PS: you will then get 2 posts a day!!~~~
