Sun path from Summer solstice (June 21) to Winter solstice (December 21) captured on a pinhole camera #Solarcan

When you live just 1° of the equator, the sun path doesn’t vary much: sunrises and sunsets are almost all year round at the same time. It also arched way up more than you thought (or I would have angled the camera up 🤷‍♀️). To top it all up unfortunately (for the project but better for me) my balcony face north so it’s not the best exposition. It was fun and I should try again when I’m in France.

Apparently rainbows are not very commun in Singapore (You would think with the rain + sun + being surrounded by water would make the perfect formula for rainbows.

I have seen other rainbows in Singapore since then but never a full (double even) one over my building again.

But with seeing rainbows, it’s all about the time and the place you are at 😉

~~~Just a little FYI So for my last 200 days in Singapore I have decided to reblog, in no special order, a post from the 6 years I will have spent on the Little Red Dot. PS: you will then get 2 posts a day!!~~~
