Today it’s Hari Raya Puasa and a holiday in Singapore.
Eid al-Fitr (Hari Raya Aidilfitri), also called the “Festival of Breaking the Fast” or Lesser Eid, or simply Eid, is a religious holiday celebrated by Muslims worldwide that marks the end of the month-long dawn-to-sunset fasting of Ramadan.
I have already explained how the 11 national holidays are divided in Singapore here.
And in 2 weeks we will celebrate Vesak
Vesak, also known as Buddha Jayanti, Buddha Purnima and Buddha Day, is a holiday traditionally observed by Buddhists and some Hindus. The festival commemorates the birth, enlightenment, and death of Gautama Buddha in Theravada and Tibetan Buddhism.
