I loved our former apartment and I thought I was going to miss it.

But this is the view from my bedroom… literally when I open my eyes this is the view I see (I never close my curtains -there is absolutely nobody who could see into my bedroom)… the sunrise is not always this vibrant but it very very rarely disappoints.

PS… We moved to a different apartment within the same condominium but different building. The North exposure of our balcony is the same (so I can still see Malaysia far far away, under some weather conditions) but now my East facing bedroom isn’t obstructed by a building.

I just found a couple pictures of the view from my former bed… as you can see there was a building -the one I live in now!- obstructing the best part of the sunrise!!
