Monday murals.

I had absolutely no information about this murals besides that it is located on Armenian Street. I don’t even remember seeing it before (turns out is only a year old) but it caught my attention while I was on my way to see another street artist, Yip Yew Chong exhibition at the Substation and right after taking this picture ;-). After some digging I found this:

RASA SAYANG by LabSixFive

The mural is named Rasa Sayang, which translates to ‘loving feeling’ in Malay. We drew inspiration from the history of the shophouse to portray the local Peranakan heritage and a glimpse into their lives in the past. (See the process here)
