Who’s counting?
Personally I do it both in English and French so everyone in the family have their count right 😉
Apparently I was doing my tally the wrong way. Frankly I thought the other half of the family was doing it wrongly but whatever….
Who would have thought we were both right in fact… depending on where one grew up.
“Tally (sticks) marks are used in most of Europe, Zimbabwe, Australia, New Zealand and North America”
“Tally (square) marks are used in France, Spain, their former colonies and Brazil”
Day 47 (but who’s counting 😉)…. 30 more til June 1st.
