There’s this upside down T-shirt challenge, I think it started on TikTok like everything nowadays, and my super sporty friend was doing it with her kids on Facebook and I was like I wonder if I can do it? 🤔
Well first you must know I have no core strength, like zero and second I can stand having my head down as I feel dizzy right away (one of the reason I don’t do yoga and I skip those poses in QiGong) but I cannot resist a dare. Plus you do start to do crazy things when you are stranded at home.
