I think I take a picture of this Peranakan shophouse each and every time I walk by.

Tonight en route to the opening of a friend’s art exhibition I parked nearby and once again I grabbed my phone to immortalize the scene. There’s always something interesting outside the door; be a bench, a bike or like today a bright red umbrella and a pair of flip flops.
