Joyeuse Chandeleur.

Between the Hindu festival of Thaipusam last week and Chinese New Year next week, a few thousand French people in Singapour must be flipping Crepes today for the Chandeleur (Candlemas).

It’s recommended to toss the crêpe in the pan with your right hand while holding a piece of gold in your left – for good luck of course.
