The annual big debacle of the setting up of the Christmas lights in the English speaking forum has started.

It is way too early to have them up. I can get behind that but it actually takes them about 2 months to set them up FYI. But one for the best argument is that there is still Halloween and Thanksgiving before Christmas!!!
How inconsiderate the Singaporeans are not to celebrate Thanksgiving (or Halloween). They have Hari Raya Haji in September, Deepavali in October and Christmas in December but nothing in November so Thanksgiving would be perfect. Ok that they don’t have any harvest to celebrate is just irrelevant. 😉
