Market day.

I always enjoy going to the open market. That’s one of France tradition that I enjoy the most.

This year is not so much about the abundance of choice (Singapore is pretty good compare to Beijing) but about the cheap prices!!!

I was doing the “Marché” with my sister who lives in St Barts (Caribbean) and she mentioned that she pays €19 for a kilo of cherry there. I didn’t know off the top of my head how much there were in Singapore so I checked on my online app: Cherry are between S$14 & S$28 per kilo (so €9-18). It’s like we are having a competition with my sister: can I beat your price 😉

Here it was €4 for 2 kilos (or €2.50/kg).
