Another staple food I need to have when I arrive in France: “Ravioles du Royans”.

They used to be available only in my region but can now be found everywhere in France.

They look like tiny Raviolis but there is no meat inside, it’s fresh herbs (persil) and cream. You need to very slightly boil them in some bouillon and you eat them with shredded Gruyère and/or crème fraiche. Yummmy
