I don’t have a lot of request as far as food goes when I come back to France.
Ok I have a couple but not as many as I used to a few years ago, because you can find more and more of everything everywhere. I even find decent French cheese and French baguette in Beijing!!
But locally sourced from the farm “Fromage Blanc” or “Faisselle” is one of the item I could drive miles to buy. They have it at the supermarket but it’s just not quite the same, my taste buds can feel the difference.
I eat it like the farmers with ciboulette, salt and pepper, never with sugar or fruit coulis.
Oh France you show me all the things I didn’t think I miss 😉
